About the Workshop
Our Methodology
Over the course of each one of the 5 workshops, we will work together with the participating teams to generate ideas for product concepts using the Business Opportunity Mapping (BOM), a tool that has been developed and tested in the Middle Eastern market by Innovety and associate IXL-Centre Boston. The BOM is an engaging, systematic and effective tool that individuals and organizations can use to identify and map new fields of play, and eventually build complete scenarios or concepts. The BOM organizes disparate and complex information extracted along each of the five stages, into a simple understandable format, incorporates market and capability perspectives from inside and outside the company, provides structure to brainstorming sessions, and functions as a visual communication tool for discussing new areas of opportunity to potentially export to European markets.
